Indian Team: Time for drastic changes

The ongoing series at New Zealand shows that a team with just two seasoned players in Brendom and Ross and the rest being young and upcoming cricketers are streamrolling the great Indian team as all Indians are to believe. Congrats to them.

Indian team whetther T20, One day or Test has 4 to 5 palyers from the IPL franchise CSK. Is it a co incidence or what. Dhoni I feel is become arrogant and lazy. It's time he starts of by giving up T 20 for a start, then one day and then tests. He might drinhs 5 ltrs of milk a day and make us think he is fit to play all of 365 days in a year but end of the day we need a captain who does not support a certain player for too long. No doubts any player will perform given a chance. If a player flops in 9 matches in a trot he is sure to click in the 10th. It happened in the case of  Jadeja.

T20 is for players who like to go for the kill from the begining, not bothered about individual scores and decsions made by a captain which surprises the opposition. Sadly one does not see this happening.

I only hope to see players like a Mandeep Singh, Mana Vohra, Umuk Chand, Sanju Samson and a few others getting in soon before they get injured or loose form. Playing for 2 months of IPL is not going to take them very far.

IPL Update

IPL is watched by millions all over the world. This being the 6th edition it looks to have lost it's charm like before. Stadiums look empty. Players are forced to play and captain teams when they really don;t warrant a place in the team like Ponting. Quite a few players are injured but still remain with he team travelling. Not sure how many teams would be in IPL 7 next year.
